GROUND BARS

To meet the high standards of sliding head, bright bars are further ground to achieve tight Dia. tolerance of 0.04 mm. Component manufacturers can capitalize on products when the bright bar is ground to finished component size by the elimination of cycle time and non-value added processes altogether. Ground Bars are also used for those components where Zero Surface defect is required as it removes minor Cracks, Seems, Dents and Pitting etc. Grinding is also must for the components which demands very good cosmetic look and / or plating is done.
